1. When pressing the "Synch with PMU" box will appear.


2. Press "Change Port" to modify the settings for communicating with your PocketMail device. It will open a box giving you the following options:
   
   
• Comm Port: When the COM is bolded in black, the COM port is currently available. You will need to check which COM port you have plugged the Communication cable into on the back of your computer. If a COM port is greyed out, it is not available to select.
• Baud Rate: The baud rate must be the same as the baud rate you have selected on your PocketMail Composer. If you cannot successfully synchronize the device at a higher speed, you may wish to drop the baud rate to a lower speed in order to complete a more reliable transfer


3. Once you have seleted your desired settings it is time to synchronize Windowslink with your PocketMail Composer.
